Southern California Innovation Park
This Park comprises 16 individual office and industrial buildings on over 100 acres. There are large landscaped areas of mature evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs which include large grass-covered lawns and basketball and volleyball courts; a helipad; some unique building exteriors. We have a couple of undeveloped areas, one of which contains a 'bunker'. Access is through a gated entrance onto 2 roadways that encircle the Park. Large parking areas are available for base camps, film scenes and overflow parking.
